Homemade Dill Dip
This delicious dill dip takes 5 minutes to make and serve it with a variety of fresh vegetables for you to snack on.
Ingredients:

cup reduced fat sour cream
1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely chopped Vidalia onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh Italian parsley
1 tablespoon finely chopped dill weed
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until well chilled.

Lemon Tuna Avocado Snack
Avo’s make quick, easy and healthy snack options as they are filled with healthy fats and nutrients.
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
200g canned Tuna
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Halve avocado lengthwise, and remove the pit. Scoop out 2 tablespoons avocado flesh from each half, and leave the shells with the remaining flesh intact.
2. Mash the 4 tablespoons avocado with lemon juice and olive oil until smooth. Toss with tuna, sunflower seeds, half the lemon zest, and salt and pepper to taste. Fill halves with tuna mixture, and garnish with remaining lemon zest and basil, if desired. Serve immediately with a spoon.
