At House of York, we understand the value of a quiet moment amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life. This is why we are offering you the perfect retreat in our #HouseofYorkBookLovers Competition

House of York offers a diverse range of locally made products from our top-selling kitchenware to a range of laundry products and hospitality products, as well as a household and Consumables range. At House of York, supporting local is at the forefront of our operations which is why we encourage our followers to be #SupportLocal.

The #HouseofYorkBookLovers Competition will run from 06-12 October 2023. Entries will close at 18:00 PM on 12 October and the winner will be announced on 13 October at 10:00 AM.

• Entries close at 18:00 PM on 12 October 2023.
• The winner will be announced on 13 October 2023 at 10:00 AM.

Terms and Conditions

• Please read through the terms and conditions before entering the #HouseofYorkBookLovers Competition.
• The competition period will be from 06 October 2023 to 12 October 2023. No late entries will be accepted.
• There will be one winner.
• Entrants will be informed of the competition entry method and prizes on the House of York social media pages and in a website article.
• This competition is only open to South African citizens residing in the country.
• Prizes are not transferable.
• Prizes will only be issued after the close of the competition.
• Winners may be required to appear on the House of York social media platforms or in printed publications, for which no fee will be payable.
• House of York (Pty) Ltd and its associate advertising agency/sponsor reserve the right to cancel the competition without any prior notice and at any time, if deemed necessary in their opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of their control.
• In the event of such cancellation, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against Eveready (Pty) Ltd, House of York, their employees, agents, partners, sponsors or promoters.
• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Eveready (Pty) Ltd will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of any prizes awarded.

Please note:

• House of York will endeavour to contact the prize winner for seven days following their name having been drawn. If, however, that person cannot be reached, the prize will be forfeited and another winner selected.
