Hot Cross Buns

Nothing says Easter quite like eating toasted hot cross buns with melting butter! Try this delicious homemade recipe from BBC Good Food on how to make your own Hot Cross Buns this Easter. And ensure that you use a non-stick baking pan such as our Silicone Square Baking Pans which are ideal as they will ensure your hot cross buns cook evenly and their non-stick too!

Monkey Bread

Monkey bread is a sweet pull apart bread which can be baked either in a chiffon baking pan or bundt pan. With delicious aromas of cinnamon and sweet vanilla glaze, this awesome giant cinnamon roll is a deliciously sweet pastry made from little balls of dough rolled in cinnamon sugar and baked together in a chiffon baking pan. Enjoy it for brunch or dessert this Easter. Have a look at the recipe from Sally’s Baking Addiction.

If you do not own a chiffon baking pan then our House of York Chiffon Cake Pan with silicone is a more desirable option than traditional all metal or ceramic bakeware.
